Our FedEx Ground Contractor is looking for a Mobile Fleet Technician out of Greensboro, NC. This position is physically demanding and will require frequent travel during work schedule to different FedEx Ground locations to work on and maintain other FedEx Ground CSP trucks. Technician will be conducting preventive maintenance on vehicles.

Compensation

• Guaranteed $600/week plus additional compensation per brake and/or tire changed.
• Monday-Friday with weekends rarely needed

• M-F position starting at 12 noon until 8-9pm.
• Work truck provided

Responsibilities

• Install and perform tire maintenance
• Ability to perform multiple task within a fast paced environment.
• Properly dismount and remount tires and wheels securely on vehicle
• Diagnoses and replace brake pads on vehicles of all makes and models
• Will follow directions and adhere to policies and procedures, while exhibiting a neat and clean appearance.
• Must be able to safely operate shop equipment, demonstrate the ability to learn and repeat basic mechanical repairs.

Requirements

• 5 years of vehicle maintenance tech experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
